  The barbers are adequate at cutting hair, however absolutely terrible at trimming facial hair. I went two times now and both times they left my beard uneven and with gaps and cuts. They’re trims are ridiculously expensive and take forever to be done. I recommend going to Great Clips in Meijer before going to Arcade Barbers. Abysmal.

  I’ve been here twice and the first time the guy did great and got pretty close to how my barber back home cuts my hair. The second time however a different guy cut my hair and I used the same description and this time I even used a picture. After he took over an hour to cut my hair and other barbers finished two people before I was done, it was extremely longer than I asked for so he cut more off. After that it was still way longer than I wanted and so he cut more off, and assured me that I looked good and if I didn’t like it I could come back in within the next week when he was working and he’d fix it. My hair is still double the length I asked for so needless to say I will only be coming back on the one day a week this guy doesn’t work and he won’t touch my hair again. I don’t where the miscommunication was but 1 inch long is a lot different than the 3 inches I have on my head now. Now I have to go find somewhere else to get my hair fixed on short notice.
