  The best parts of living at the Courtyards were the floor plans with private bathrooms and decent space. The included furniture is reasonable. It would be worth the price, but the two biggest cons are parking and management. Parking is expensive and limited. I can only speak from the perspective of a subleaser, but the subleasing process was a NIGHTMARE. I regretted signing immediately. Management will not work with you on any of your concerns and they will pinch every penny they can get from you in the meanwhile. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless money isn't an issue and you don't have a vehicle (an unlikely combination).
