  When we are staying in a hotel and have to pay a $2.00 delivery and I opt to include $5.00 tip for your driver, I expect our food to actually be delivered to the room. That is the freaking reason for ordering delivery! I love Jimmy John's and have never had a bad thing to say about them before but this just irks me... $7.00 extra and still had to go get food. It will be a while before we order again. We will order from places that actually understand the purpose of ordering delivery.
