  The technician came out after my landlord arranged for him to treat my apartment for bed bugs. He explained the steps of treatment and showed me what chemicals he would be using. He was extremely helpful in my time of freaking out and he helped inform me of every single thing to do to prevent the issue from spreading. He did the first treatment and is returning next week for the follow up. He was quick to respond when i reached out to schedule the follow up and he worked with my schedule.
