  I am a man in my 60s. I had some serious medical problems that resulted in me being mostly sedentary for almost two years. Once my medical issues were resolved, I realized I was going to need help if I was to become physically fit again. I have been training at Body Specs for 2-1/2 years now. Looking back, the progress I have made is dramatic. Skip and Mark designed the workouts around my capabilities but still kept me challenged. I know that on my own I could not have trained at as high a level, and each week the workouts are completely different so I never find the workouts getting stale.
