  I was visiting from Las Vegas and decided to check this place out since it was within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and even better, the members were also friendly. That is the thing I like about my gym so they made me feel right at home! I worked out with Ross on my first day, he was a bit timid but provided great tips when necessary. The next day I worked out with Max. You can tell that he has been doing this for quite some time. He provided me with quality advice when it came to form correction and gave me props when I was doing great. The gym itself is very clean and organized. I didnt get a tour of the entire place but when I walked around looking for a place to wash my hands, it seemed like they had other rooms where they offer more than just crossfit. For example, they had a room with a massage table and an other room with an obstacle course for kids. The wods were fun and challenging, if I ever find myself back in Ann Arbor I would definitely go back to this place!

  They want you to sign a waiver where you assume the risk of "injury or death due to ...failure of equipment" and where you would not hold the gym liable in case of their negligence or omission. In layman terms, basically it means they are not promising they will keep the gym well maintained for safety reasons.
