  Overpriced carpet and flooring. My wife and I decided to 'go local' and use them for some large area carpet replacement and tile work in our mudroom. The price was easily 50% more it turns out than we would have been charged with a big box store but it turns out it would have been the exact same installer! The installer was very professional and did a great job, we just got so overcharged it wasn't so funny... Update: (6/7/17) After being contacted by the store by an employee/family member, I have increased my review rating. After he explained why my carpet felt cheap (olefin versus nylon) as well that they only use their OWN installers, I had time to reflect. While I am still not thrilled with the PRODUCTS, the installers were great, their staff was friendly, but I do feel as I paid more than I needed to. Also, I remembered one thing that they did for me that a 'big box' store wouldn't: I had needed to have a small inlay put into an existing wood floor and their guy did an amazing job with that inlay. I still have mixed feelings about my experience here, if I was able to give 3.75 stars that is exactly what I would rate this location. For good karma though, I have gone with four stars.
