  Absolutely awful! They have lost or forgot about orders 3 times. For some reason, I decided to try them one more time because they were offering a very competitive price. Big mistake! I was working with with another company who took a $500 deposit and then started raising prices on me, so I decided to give these guys one more try. Ultimately, the owner said he wouldn't do the job because of the issues I was having with the other company. He told me he couldn't use the image they did even though I paid for it, which after some research I understood, so I agreed for him to do a new design and then he says he doesn't want to do the job. Turning away a $3000 job that had nothing to with him. Oh well, someone else gets my money :)
