  Thank you to Evan and the store's management for your exemplary service! I came here after dealing with another store downtown, who's associate was so rude I walked out. Should have heeded the reviews. But what was a simple screen fix turned out to be a bit more intensive. From 10am until the store's closing, I was periodically updated on the status on my phone. Evan did whatever he could to find me a solution, even staying after store hours with the manager to make sure I had my phone back within the day. Thank you a million times!

  My iPhone was completely dead, I mean paperweight, would do nothing. I did all the troubleshooting steps with Apple, took it to their "genius" people (2hrs of my life gone). Apple said that they were sorry but could do nothing to help. Best they could offer was $100 off the purchase of a new phone if I turned in the old iPhone. Instead I took it to Genius Phone Repair and got OUTSTANDING and FAST customer service (try getting that from Apple).
  
  Bottom Line: When everyone else said it was just dead and I had to buy a new phone, Genius Phone Repair fixed it. They fixed it for $85.00 vs $800 for new phone.
