  My husband and I lived here from 2011-2017 while working and attending graduate school in Ann Arbor. Huron Towers was our first home together, and we will remember it fondly. The property managers and staff are kind, friendly, and responsive to resident concerns. They do their best to make the building feel like a community. The grounds are well-maintained. The units are large, and have excellent light. This was my fourth apartment in Ann Arbor, and by far the most well-managed. North Campus is a 10 min walk away, and downtown Ann Arbor is easily accessible on the #3 AATA bus. Thank you to Jason, Robert, and all the staff at Huron Towers for all that you do!

  I lived at Huron's for a year, from 2016-2017. For the most part, it was pretty good, especially for its value and location. Apartment is a little old, and there could be odd smells. But Staff were friendly most of the time.
  
  I only have one suggestion to current/future residents - DO NOT STORE ANYTHING OTHER THAN EMPTY BOXES IN THE STORAGE ROOM. BECAUSE THINGS COULD GET STOLEN. Huron assigned me to a storage room that had a huge gap with the door, even though I had placed a lock on the storage room door, someone had opened up my boxes and stolen my graphic calculators, and a lot of other small personal items, and adds up to quite a considerable value. And even without the huge gap between the metal doors, the screws are easily detachable, and ppl could break in very easily (as told by Huron and that had happened before).
  
  I was particularly not impressed with Huron's attitude when I told them about this incident, and their reaction was similar to - oh this has happened quite a few times in the past, but it is not our problem - I get it that they are not responsible, but they really could give a warning beforehand - as in THERE ARE PPL WHO ACTUALLY STEAL FROM YOUR STORAGE. THIS IS NOT JUST A WARNING.
  
  I would still recommend this apartment even after this incident. I still think it's one of the better apartments in Ann Arbor area. But PLZ WARN RESIDENTS ABOUT THIS.
