  Agree w above review. Ordered 9 keys, it dropped 4, gave no receipt, and when I logged back in acted like it didn't know me. Charges a lot more than the machine at miejer.
  
  If you go to cancel your order it will offer you 30 percent off every time.
  
  Called customer service and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then it went to voicemail!
  
  Infuriating waste of time.
