  Staff was Deplorable! I've rarely been treated so badly by *any* type of customer service. Staff had the most condescending disrespecting tone. She told me that my insurance was inactive (it's not), and that I would be charged the full out-of-pocket amount even if it were active. She said if insurance was indeed verified by another search, even if before my appointment, I would be have to be charged, and then reimbursed. She was really nasty and dismissive. I will be looking elsewhere.
