  About a month ago my brother experienced a horrible accident that put him in the hospital for about a month and then a nursing home 40 miles away from the hospital. During this time in the nursing home, he had a doctors appointment at the same hospital 40 miles away from the nursing home. He was still very ill at this time. The nursing home transported him to his appointment 40 miles away in a very uncomfortable van with plenty of stops along the way. The appointment took less than an hour. While we waited for the transportation to come back and pick him up and transport him back to the facility, he became ill. Needless to say, it was a miserable 6 hours while we waited and they never showed up. This was a crisis and as I sat there feeling helpless, I remembered previously using a transportation company called MedSync Transportation for another emergency. I called them and couldn’t believe they were there in under 15 minutes in a beautiful comfortable van with lots of room for his wheelchair. Ali, was my driver and immediately knew what to do. She carefully put my brother in her van and proceeded to take us 40 miles back to the nursing home. She was amazing. When she helped him in bed, my brother could hardly speak but managed to look up into her eyes and say thank you Ali. This brings tears to my eyes every time I think of that look in his eyes. I continue to be grateful for her and such an awesome service provided by MedSync Transportation. They were there for me and my brother in a crisis. And, by the way, she did this for free. Now, who does this? Only a company who truly cares about people and their needs. You’re missing out if you have not met Ali and Jay of MedSync Transportation. Thank you is not enough.
