  Just received the worst hair cut of my life. I asked for thick face framing and instead received what I can only classify as "seventh grader bangs.' Along with that, there was random lengths cut in the attempt to do layers, but instead, my hair now looks disheveled and awful. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because I did not have to pay for the cut because I was so unhappy with it. They do great customer service, but the haircut was overall not great.
