  I've been wearing red wing boots for 15 years now. I average a pair every 2 years. Yes they're pricey but well worth it!
  Walked in to this location knowing exactly what I wanted, I'd have to agree with one of the previous comments on the lack of customer attention. It wasnt a big issue for myself as I knew what I needed, but if you needed extra help I felt as though this gentleman wasnt going to go all out..... You expect great service when spending $200 plus on a pair of boots!
