  Went in to square away changing the name and primary account holder on my cell plan after my mother (precious primary account holder) passed away. Michael worked with me as long as it took, walking me through every step, and then eventually we realized it would be easier for me to just open a new account in my name! He never once complained! Truly phenomenal customer service. I left with a new, much cheaper cell phone plan, still unlimited; he got me set up with international roaming for free for my upcoming trip to Africa; and he got me into a new silver iPhone X!! He was the best.
