  Consistently poor service. Machines constantly breaking down. Staff turn over frequently. Will they have what you want in stock? Will the machines be working? Will the staff treat you politely or know how to make your drink? It's a gamble you'll lose more often than not. Go. Elsewhere.

  It's just so gross when it's peak hour, and the male cashier started a long talking/flirting with the customer in front of you... seriously, nobody cares who u are hitting on but go freaking get a room instead having tons of ppl waiting behind
