  This is the only Starbucks in the city I bother to go to any longer. The staff here actually care about making the drinks right, they work fast, they fix anything that is a wrong with a smile. Considering it's usually the opposite (I haven't had a lot of luck with grocery store Starbucks), this place is fantastic. And yeah - sounds like a couple people had bad experiences. That sucks. The only thing I know is that they've had some employees that either got the axe or failed out on their own, and I'm better those bad reviews represent those individuals.
