  Filthy ED!! Unprofessional and rude staff (both physician and nursing)!! As a retired RN of over 31 years working there, I’m completely embarrassed by the lack of compassion, care and competence that this third world hospital is now employing!! Although, I’m not shocked!! This medical center has rested upon its laurels for the last 15 yrs. or so!! It’s finally showing!! The rooms are filthy, the staff scary, and the numerous complaints placed in an industrial strength shredder, faster than an IV bag can be emptied with large bore IV tubing, after being cut open with bandage scissors beforehand!! It’s sad, as to the deliberate funding of obscene executive salaries, physician luxury vacations, with an optional breakfast, lunch or dinner meeting thrown in, waste of supplies and equipment, because a surgeon doesn’t like a perfectly adequate piece of equipment, his/her resident having something opened and set up, so the staff physician “MIGHT” try it!! The University of Michigan Health System, realistically rates a bottom 25 in the negative ratings it truly deserves now!! Incompetent and unnecessary administrative quacks, lack of skilled and caring nurses and cowardly physicians are costing it dearly!! Will be it’s death bed one day in the not too distant future, without any doubt!! As it stands now, 3 nurses, may very well be looking for jobs at Taco Bell!! Unprofessional, threatening, rude and obnoxious behavior, along with inadequate clinical skills is an automatic disqualification of one’s license!! Sad thing is, they DON’T F’Ing get it!! DAH? They’re messing with the wrong person! Last one that did that, is NOT a RN anymore!!
