  Never shipping with UPS again. Sent some fragile and non fragile items that arrived ALL dented/broken. I tried to get my money back and couldn't get any help...from this store, from ups customer service and definitely none from the corporate office. Apparently, none of them are reliable unless iOS packs it (wish I had known that before sending my package). Save your time and money and use a more trusted service like FedEx. Wish I could rate this zero stars but it won't allow me ugh
