  The man who came out to help us solve the mystery of a malfunctioning water heater assured us our old breaker was fine and we didn't need a new one (which would be a long and costly repair). Note, though, we will make an appointment to have a new one installed in the summer, we think. My point today is that he didn't try to sell us services we really didn't need. He heard our story and checked a few things, hit the reset button, and the hot water is back! He was friendly and professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier.
