  Very helpful and patient customer service. I needed an inexpensive brass ring resized, and they provided an affordable option. I was a little nervous to step into a nice jeweler with my less than expensive ring, but the woman that helped me said 'No way... It's a super cool ring! Let's get it to fit you!' Very kind service. I will go back in the future.
