  Ordered online. Took the money, called me half an hour later to tell me they didn't deliver to my address.
  
  Said they'd issue a refund. I asked them to send me e-mail confirmation of the refund. Suddenly they wouldn't be able to do the refund until "tomorrow morning." If you take someone's money, you need to make the delivery work, or you need to give them a refund. You shouldn't even be placing charges on someone's card if the delivery address is outside your delivery area.
  
  Garbage service. Never again.
