  I wish I could give it a 0! I initially emailed Rubina asking just how soon before would I need to order a custom cake, she responds and says she can do it and I would just need to call to make the order. I call and she tells me to email her (counter productivity at it’s finest) so I do just that and she tells me that it will be $100-$125 for a non-tiered simple 5 year olds shark cake. I’m never informed that you must pay before the pick up date nor am I reached out to. When I finally call to ask about payment and pickup she says “that’s just something that’s common sense”. I have ordered from various bakeries and each made the ordering process clear and accommodating. Customer service is something every business should contain and in my experience that is something Rubinas is lacking.
