  We were guaranteed over the phone that the standard SUV that we booked online was available, but when we got to the store (1hr after calling), they told us they had nothing left but a mini van.
  Service was horribly slow, we waited for almost half hour to get the car when there was literally no body waiting in the line/store. Several staffs just stood around and did nothing but chit-chatting with each other.
  And then finally, we got our car, which was obviously not cleaned and had no fuel at all.
  Not recommended.
  
  Update after 7mo: revisited the store because it’s the closest one. Service was improved a lot and vehicle provided was in much better condition (than the previous mini van).
