  Totally unprofessional. They do not answer the phone often, or promptly. Moreover, took a full 10 working days to deliver my postbox key, and this only after I had called several times. Then, I had to call at least twice to report that the key the postman had left for a parcel locker was not working - the first time, nothing was done about it. The second time I called, I asked why nothing was done about this when I first called, and received a very rude reply from a female who was screaming down the phone at me, even though she accused me of not being calm (which was a fabrication). Thirdly, left out my flatmate's name from the postbox, and this female retorted on the phone, "How was the postman to know this?" It's very simple - his name was on the lease, too, which was a required document for the application of the postbox keys in the first place.
  
  Altogether shameless - this is what happens when you socialise services.
